Sign Up For MyChart
You can now sign up for a MyChart account by using our online portal and selecting “Sign up now” under New User. To request help creating an account, call 901-516-0901 Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Request Access to a Patient’s MyChart Account
If you are a parent or legal guardian seeking access to medical records for your child please complete and fill out our proxy access form. If you have proxy access to someone's account, you can see their healthcare information, as well as your own, from within the same MyChart account.
The Old MyLeBonheur Portal
MyChart has replaced our previous patient portal. As of Oct. 5, the My Le Bonheur Portal has become read-only until Dec. 31, 2024. After that, it will be permanently deleted. For all of your current portal needs you need to register for MyChart.
